Petra Kulkarni

Petra helps companies find their direction, voice and how to present themselves clearly and authentically to the outside world. She knows how to connect marketing with a strategic perspective on business.
She specialises in marketing strategies, social media and content creation that reaches the right audience and strengthens the brand over time. She helps clients turn their vision into communication that always reflects their philosophy, stays consistent and supports further growth of the business.
Why we started Kulkarni Consulting
Over the years we've worked in corporations, non-profits, and startups. Each environment taught us something — and also came with its own frustrations.
In large corporations, internal politics were often more important than meaningful progress. Projects were influenced by egos and financial targets, and the real needs of customers were frequently pushed aside.
In non-profits, even though the missions are admirable, we often saw that processes lacked focus on optimising outcomes and being accountable for them. Without the pressure of shareholders, efficiency was easy to ignore and technology tended to be an afterthought.
That's why we founded Kulkarni Consulting — to do things differently. We want to work directly with small businesses and teams that have a clear mission, operate lean, and genuinely want to make a difference. These teams often lack internal capacity to build and maintain systems and services that truly support their work.
