For Jana Bodáková, also known as "Makléřka ze Židenic", we built a modern presentation website that connects her personal brand with the professional backing of RE/MAX. Thanks to the integration with the Real Asistent application, new contacts are automatically processed and visitors can rely on fast, professional communication. The solution also includes an interactive OpenStreetMap-based map, where visitors can find current listings as well as an overview of already sold and rented properties, including basic information about completed deals. All inquiries from the website on her own domain are automatically routed into the same process as leads from real-estate portals and from RE/MAX pages—simplifying work and ensuring unified contact management. We also focused on SEO, AEO, and GEO so she is easier to discover in search engines and AI tools, and can build a stronger, more trustworthy personal brand over the long term.

With a strong focus on clarity, trustworthiness, and conversions, we designed the content architecture and visual structure so the website naturally guides visitors from first contact to registration for educational programs: service overview, blog, an FAQ section, and a page for purchasing online products—courses and e-books. A secure client zone gives paying customers bonus materials linked to their individual purchases. The interactive map connects to sales data from the SimpleShop app; graduates of the online trainings can register themselves and add links to their offers so potential customers can find the right service in their own region as well.
